another attempt here to revive my blog. haha
have been a really boring person lately so nothing much to update.
Yesterday my friend brought me to a Miss Clarity Cafe. Guess some ppl might have heard of it before but what they do not know is that.......
the owner of the cafe has a son who is trained at a 3 michelin star restaurant in France and he is back in Singapore! so at the moment he is helping out his mum at her restuarant before his french restaurant becomes a reality.
so I am really honoured to be able to try out his culinary skills at the homely cafe. *Peektures to be up soon*
we had a 5 course meal. tinking tt French cuisine is in small portions..
BUT we were so wrong! He emphasized that French Cuisine is not in small portions. we were so stuffed and complained he was too generous.
The Foie Gras was in v huge portions k but it was tasty!
I was telling him how i tried Restaurant Ember's Foie Gras (Supposedly v good), but he wasn v agreeable with it. (there is a huge difference between His Foie Gras and Ember's i must say)
OH well, wat do i know rite....
till next time.. i shall try the Lobster at his place!!!!
