my 5 course French Cuisine

My yummilicious 5 course meal...




A Variety of seasonal tomatoes flown in from France.
Chef Johnathan says where he was trained in France, they specialty is tomatoes.
Its the sweetest tomato i have ever tasted...

Our Grade B Foie Gras (the best u can find in SG).
According to the chef, he specially kept this Foie Gras in a mould till the flavour matures.



Egg Croquette. Slow cooked for 3 hrs!


Our Main Course.... Steak slow cooked for 2 hrs!
Chef Johnathan is a fan of slow cooking as u can tell.
Looking forward to my next trip there!
